RETURN POLICY

Where to Return:

If you are not happy with your microgreens and you bought them from a Ever’man Cooperative Grocery Location they may be returned for full credit to the store before the BEST USED BY DATE ON THE PACKAGE.  If you bought them from us directly we will take them back before the BEST USED BY DATE ON THE PACKAGE we will offer you an exchange or your money back  If you picked them up in the CONTACT FREE fridge pickup just put them back in and email is at sales@4leafmicros.com or Please contact Customer Care at 850-495-2489.

Funds Returned:

If you do not return the item to an Ever’Man retail store near you,  You will receive a refund of the purchase price we will credit Ever’man. 

For a Direct return the refund will be issued in the original form of payment or a Credit for your next purchase. There are only refunds for items returned before the BEST USED BY DATE ON THE PACKAGE.  We reserve the right to refuse returns under suspected abuse or fraud.

It may take three to five business days to issue your refund. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

How to Return:

You may return most items before the BEST USED BY DATE ON THE PACKAGE and in the original packaging. In each case, you may be asked to provide information as to why you are returning the item . We strive to provide a fantastic product and this info is used to help us grow better and be a better farm..

Return Exceptions:

Return Policy does not include FREE items that were given to you or a sample.
